These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Terms and Conditions”) are a legal agreement between you (“you”,”your” “customer” or “Subscriber”) and GlemBox (“Glem Box” or ”GlemBox” which is owned by Ocean Pearls Trading & Commercial Brokerage LLC (“our” “we” “us”), a Sharjah-based trading company dedicated to selling jewelry to customers, establishing terms and conditions under which you will submit information to, and try or purchase jewelry (each a “Product” and collectively, “Products” or “items”) and receive related services (“Services”) from, GlemBox via our website at https://www.glembox.com (the “Website”).
You agree to receive all communications from GlemBox under this agreement electronically via email or text service. You agree to keep your current email address updated at all times and agree that you will be deemed to have received any notices we send to that email address.
GlemBox Subscription Box
GlemBox Subscription box allows registered subscribers to access the Website and, with an Account (as defined below), obtain Products from GlemBox in accordance with these Terms.
GlemBox offers a monthly recurring subscription (the “Recurring “). Recurring subscription may be referred to collectively as “Subscriptions.” Under our Subscription program, the Subscriber is sent four jewelry items. Products will be shipped to the Subscriber’s address on a recurring basis, which may from time to time be revised at GlemBox’s discretion. We reserve the right to select the Products in your monthly subscription box that can’t be replaced or exchanged with any other product on the website. Delivery time for subscription boxes will be on a monthly basis and packages will be shipped within the last week of every month and may vary based upon (a) product availability, (b) your delivery address, (c) when you subscribe, and (d) other circumstances impacting delivery. Accordingly, GlemBox makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time. We will send you an email letting you know when your box is shipped. The risk of loss for a Product passes to you upon a shipping carrier’s confirmation of delivery, and from then on you bear the risk of loss and are responsible for the Product or Products until returned to and received by GlemBox.
Lost or Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged Product, please email us at [email protected] immediately for assistance. If you are unable to locate a confirmed delivery of a shipment GlemBox has sent to you, or if you are unable to verify that a shipment you returned to GlemBox has been delivered, you are required to contact and notify GlemBox within 10 days of the delivery date listed on shipment tracking, so we may investigate. Until the investigation is complete, and we are able to determine the results of the lost Products, at our sole discretion.
Any slight damage or wear (e.g. lost earring back, a stone falls out, etc.), as determined in our sole discretion, is fully covered by us. If you have any damage or loss issues, please email us immediately at [email protected]. If you return a Product with excessive or abusive damage exceeding normal wear and tear, as determined by GlemBox in its sole discretion, you agree that GlemBox may charge you a refund fee and collect the applicable price for such Product. You are also responsible in the event of a theft or loss of a Product and in this event, you will be responsible for the full Subscription Price. GlemBox reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time if we notice multiple cases of excessive refunds requested for damaged products or losses.
GlemBox Subscription offers subscribers the ability to choose three monthly plans and receive benefits such as a Monthly voucher and a flat 20% discount for retail purchases when subscribing.
By purchasing a Subscription box, you agree to be charged the current monthly subscription price for your chosen Recurring subscription. Your Recurring Subscription will be charged monthly at the current rate until you cancel your Recurring Subscription or Skip the payment on your account in accordance with current GlemBox policies.
During a cancellation period or on hold period, a Subscriber will not be charged a fee or receive any shipments, monthly voucher, or discount, but such a Subscriber may still purchase Products from our Website.
You can cancel your subscription or skip a month on our website or by emailing [email protected], subject to the terms and conditions of termination below. You must cancel or place your Recurring subscription on hold or skip a month prior to the next renewal date specified in your account stating when your Recurring subscription will renew in order to avoid the monthly charge for that month.
Monthly Promo Code Voucher
Existing subscribers with Recurring Subscriptions and new Subscribers will be eligible for the monthly voucher worth AED 50 every month. The voucher code will be issued on the same day of the subscription purchase or renewal. Email containing the voucher code will be sent via email and the voucher will be available in the subscriber’s account.
Logged-in subscribers can use the promo code to apply discounts on all retail items on the Shop page. A minimum purchase of AED 150 is required to be able to redeem the voucher. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date the subscription is purchased or renewed. The discount voucher will have an expiry date and can’t be extended.
The voucher can’t be redeemed for subscriptions. Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash, or combined with other promotional, free, or discounted trial offers or incentives. Member monthly vouchers are for personal use and may not be shared. GlemBox is not responsible for the unintended use of Promo Codes or the unauthorized redemption of voucher Codes. The voucher value is subject to change without prior notice.
A Recurring Subscription continues until terminated in accordance with these Terms. GlemBox or the Subscriber can terminate at any time at their discretion with no cancellation fee and no responsibility for recurring charges after cancellation. Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle, or GlemBox website and/or App will charge your account for the subscription renewal. Any Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Upon termination, your Account is not deleted, and you can still sign into the Website however your subscriber benefits will not be available.
Becoming a Subscriber
You must have a valid debit card, credit card, and Internet access to sign up for GlemBox Subscription Box. You must be 18 years of age or older to register as a member and use the Services and you must reside in the GCC region.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Website’s registration and checkout form, and you agree to maintain and promptly update the payment method details and your account information (including, without limitation, your email address, active mobile number, and your shipping address). If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or we have any reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we may review, deny, suspend, or terminate your Account and refuse to offer you any and all current or future use of the Services and the Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password and for restricting access to your computer or smart device. You are solely responsible for any activity related to your Account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account, notify us immediately. In order to provide you with ease of access to your Account, we may place a cookie (a small text file) on the computer or smart device from which you access the Website. When you revisit the Website, this cookie will enable us to recognize you as the Account holder and allow you to access your Account more easily.
When using this Website and applicable third-party social networking services (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google) (each and collectively, a “Social Network”), you may have the option to consent to connect your profile or activity on our Website with your Social Network information and activity. If you choose to use our Social Network populating feature to create an account, we may import information for your account or profile on our Website from a Social Network. We only import the information you allow to be imported from the Social Network access which is controlled by your privacy settings on that Social Network (“Permitted Social Network Content”). The authentication of your Social Network login credentials is conducted solely by the Social Network. If you do use this feature we will initially create your profile by displaying your first name as the user name displayed to other users, gender, current city, interests, about me, photos, and age (which is calculated from your birthdate). With your permission, we may also combine that information with your public social media profile (which may include your friend list, birthday, work history, interests, current city, photos, personal description, and likes). In order to verify that the information we receive from a social media network is true, accurate, and complete, as it will constitute the registration data, we may contact you prior to registering your account.
GlemBox has the right to share your name, contact details, address, and any needed information with the shipping and courier companies, GlemBox is not liable for any misuse of your information by shipping and courier companies.
Subscription Billing; Renewal
When you open an Account, you will be required to provide GlemBox with accurate, complete, and current payment method information that you are authorized to use. GlemBox subscription box currently only accepts card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and All Cards accepted by Stripe. We do not accept cash or bank transfers. By signing up for a Subscription, you authorize GlemBox or its agent or the payment gateway or payment system to bill your Payment Method for the applicable Subscription fee, any Product purchases, shipping charges (if any), any and all applicable taxes, and any other charges you may incur. Other fees will be charged to your Payment Method as you incur them. Subscription fees are non-refundable. For a monthly Recurring subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for successive monthly Membership periods, unless you cancel your Subscription according to the termination Terms. The renewal date is the day you’re billed each month. For example, if we first billed you on March 15, your renewal date is the 15th of each month. In the case your renewal date falls on a day after the last date of a shorter month, your renewal date will fall on the last date of that month. For example, if your renewal date is January 31st, your renewal date in February will be February 28th, this also applies to other subscription plans, each as per the period mentioned (for example 3 months, 6 months).
If GlemBox does not receive payment through your chosen Payment Method, if your Payment Method expires or is rejected, or if there is a chargeback for any reason, your subscription will be suspended. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid Payment to reactivate your subscription for continuing to use the Services.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your Payment Method by the issuer bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, overdrafts, insufficient funds, chargebacks, and over-the-credit limit fees. You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 45 days after they first appear on your Account statement. If you do not bring them to our attention within 45 days, you agree that you waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundry (AML) Disclaimer
In the event that your transaction information is flagged by the Anti-Fraud system or detected by our AML sanctions screening tools, You will need to submit the following documentation to GlemBox:
- Self-attested copy of a valid identification of the customer (in case of a National ID, copies of front and back must be submitted)
- Self-attested copy of the card used to process the transaction (The cardholder’s name, along with the first and last name and last four digits, should be visible)
- Any further document may be required as per the regulation of the United Arab Emirates
The documentation will be reviewed and validated in order to process said transaction. The customer must submit the above-mentioned document within three (3) days from the date of GlemBox request via phone or email.
GlemBox shall not resume any liability, whether in whole or in part for a failure to abide by the timeline or submission of untrue or inaccurate documents.
Discounted Subscription Offers
Discounted subscriptions may be offered at the discretion of GlemBox and are subject to discontinuation at any time. If we suspect you have had an active subscription within the last 12 months, we may determine, in our sole discretion, that you are not eligible for a discounted subscription offer. Creating duplicate Accounts under another name, email, or address in order to obtain more than one free or discounted trial is fraud, in violation of our Terms and the creator and/or user of such accounts shall be held liable.
Once you purchase a product and an order is processed, GlemBox will not accept a return or refund of that product for any reason.
If the purchased product becomes damaged through normal wear, in our sole discretion, we will not accept a refund of the product after your purchase.
Without our express written consent, GlemBox specifically prohibits any use of the Services, and all users agree not to use the Services, for any of the following:
- Republishing material from our Website (including republication on another website);
- Selling, renting, or sub-licensing material from the Website;
- Showing any material from the Website in public;
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, communicating, transmitting, posting, or otherwise exploiting material on this Website for a commercial purpose;
- Editing or otherwise modifying any material on the Website;
- Redistributing material from this Website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution;
- Creating multiple accounts for the same user;
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging on to an Account that you are not authorized to access;
- Impersonating any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
User Content Program
While using the Services, you may submit material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material, and audio-visual material) to this Website for a multitude of purposes (your “User Content”).
GlemBox may offer free products or discount vouchers toward future purchases when subscribers or customers share material with GlemBox through email or any other social media channel supported by GlemBox.
By submitting material to GlemBox, you grant GlemBox a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, full copyright license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media. You also grant to GlemBox the right to sub-license these rights.
Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or GlemBox or a third party (in each case under any applicable law).
GlemBox reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this Website, stored on our servers, or hosted or published on this Website or any social media platform associated with GlemBox.
Content posted by subscribers without sending the content to GlemBox will not result in any store Credit or any type of reward. You understand that store credit or discount promo codes are not transferable and may not be pooled with other subscribers or customers. Store credits or promo codes are subject to expiration as stated at the time of issuance. You will only receive voucher credit after the user-generated content is sent and validated by GlemBox team. If content quality is poor and/or not as per GlemBox media standards and internal team evaluation, GlemBox has the right not to accept the content shared, you may not receive voucher Credit, and GlemBox will have no liability to you for such errors.
You must not conduct your own promotion in connection with our user content program. Unless expressly requested to do so by GlemBox, you may not engage in any promotional, marketing, or other advertising activities on behalf of GlemBox, including by using any trademarks of GlemBox.
Voucher credit will be shared by GlemBox team to your registered email address mentioned at the time of account creation. Voucher Credits can only be used towards purchasing specific Products; they cannot be used towards subscription fees. GlemBox reserves the right to modify or terminate the user content program and its terms at any time.
You consent to receive communications from us, including email, calls, SMS, Social Media messaging modules, tools and channels, and mail to physical addresses. We may contact you by telephone at any of the telephone numbers provided by you. In addition to e-mail communications and telephone, if you elect in your settings to receive subscription, shipping, and delivery updates via text message, you consent to receive information from us via SMS and/or Email. In the event you no longer want to participate in the Text Service, you agree to unsubscribe from the list via the link in the promotional messages or by contacting us. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.
Your Account and Password
Once you have activated your account on https://glembox.com/ you shall have the following associated responsibilities as a user on the site:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- You are also accountable for all activities that occur within your account.
- You are enjoined not to share your username and password with third parties.
- You should refrain from accessing other users’ accounts.
- You should immediately report any unapproved use of your account to us.
You further agree to conduct yourself properly when logged in to your account or when using our services by not doing any of the following:
- Conduct unlawful activities, for instance, computer misuse.

GlemBox subscription box and retail products are only available for sale within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Gulf Council Cooperation (GCC) countries. The qualitative nature of our products and the technical specifications and settings of your computer may affect the accurate display of the colors of our products offered on the Site.
While we would like you to purchase our products, from time to time we might be unable to process certain orders and as a result, we have the right to cancel or refuse acceptance of your order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if supplementary data is required to accept your order.
Examples of scenarios where your orders might be canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or glitches identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. These scenarios in itself are not exhaustive. In certain instances, we may require additional identity verifications or information where we suspect foul play or where we need clarity before accepting any order from you.
The information on our website does not constitute an offer to sell GlemBox products to you or to make the GlemBox products available in your country. If you do not reside in UAE and GCC, then our products cannot be sold to you. We have the right at any time and for reasons best known to us, after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Notwithstanding your receipt of an order confirmation email or after your credit or debit card has been charged. In instances where we decline your order as a result of mispricing or unavailability of our products, we shall communicate our decision to you and the appropriate step we intend to take in terms of the deducted costs from your credit or debit cards.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, retail orders will be delivered for up to 7 business days. International delivery may take from 5-10 business days to be delivered.
Shipping for subscription boxes within the UAE is free of charge.
Shipping of retail items within the UAE is free of charge for orders of AED 150 and above. Orders below AED 150 will have a shipping cost of AED 10.
Shipping of retail items and subscription boxes to other GCC countries AED 30.
Disclaimers of Warranties; Limitations on Liability
GlemBox assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in providing the Services or in the content of the Website, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the shipment of Products, delivery of any content contained on the Website, any losses or damages arising from the use of the content provided on the Website, goods or services provided by GlemBox, or any conduct by users of the Website.
Limitation of Liability
GlemBox and its affiliates, designer, suppliers, and their respective employees, agents, and shareholders will not be held liable for any indirect or speculative damages (including, without limiting the foregoing, consequential, incidental, and special damages) and loss of use and loss of products, regardless of whether these parties and advance notice of the possibility of any such damages. The total aggregate liability of GlemBox and its affiliates, designers, suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the survive, the products, the website, or these terms of survive whether in contract or in tort, shall not exceed the amounts paid to GlemBox by you under these terms (including your subscription fees). Each of these provisions is severable and independent of all other provisions of this agreement. Some countries do not allow the foregoing limitations of liability, so they may not apply to you.
Some customers may experience allergic reactions or other health-related issues when wearing certain types of products. GlemBox cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health problems that may arise from the use of our products. Customers are advised to be aware of their personal allergies and sensitivities and to exercise caution when purchasing and wearing our products.
You agree to indemnify and hold GlemBox, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms.
“GlemBox” is a trademark owned by Ocean Pearls Trading & Commercial Brokerage LLC. All GlemBox graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, proprietary specific product names, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of GlemBox. Any trademarks not owned by GlemBox that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by GlemBox. All content and compilation thereof on the Website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of GlemBox, its licensors, or its Product suppliers, and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. No material, including, but not limited to, the material listed above, should be reproduced or used without our express written permission.
Claims of Copyright Infringement
It is our policy to respect the intellectual property rights of others. We do not promote, foster, or condone any infringing activity. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, are aware of any infringing material on the Website, or know of someone who is making unauthorized use of the content of the Website, please provide us with notice of copyright infringement by submitting a written notice of your concern by email to [email protected].
Links and advertising
We may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites or resources that are beyond our control. We make no representations as to the quality, suitability, functionality, or legality of any sites to which links may be provided, and you hereby waive any claim you might have against us, with respect to such sites. GlemBox is not responsible for the content on the internet or web pages that are contained outside our website.
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers or partners found on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser or partner. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or partners on the Website.
You and GlemBox agree that any claim or dispute at law or equity that has arisen or may arise between us relating in any way to or arising out of this or previous versions of these Terms, your use of or access to the Website, or any Products or Services (“Disputes”), will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Legal Disputes Section (the “Agreement to Arbitrate”).
You agree that except to the extent inconsistent with or preempted by federal law, the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern the Terms and any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and GlemBox, except as otherwise stated in the Terms.
You and GlemBox each agree that any and all Disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property.
